CNC Machining

IMIRP now offers full in-house 4 axis CNC machining. This can provide a cost effective solution for larger prototypes, or where a more accurate representation of the production intent material is required. We can produce parts in a wide range of metals and engineering plastics.

We also undertake machining of customers own free issue components such as metal castings and in addition to producing our own Aluminium and model board tooling for polyurethane cast parts, we can provide the same service for customers who wish to produce their own mouldings.
