Vacuum Forming

SLA, SLSor machined modelboard/Aluminium patterns can be used to create vacuum forming tools in just a few days. Such tools are usually fairly quick to manufacture and relatively inexpensive.

IMIRP can produce vac formings in a range of different plastics, including food grade. The process is very adaptable and can be used for making either a few prototypes or several thousand production parts.  It is also an ideal route for developing prototype packaging, food/wax moulds and simple covers.
